Terms of Service
Last updated: October 1, 2026
These terms are the rules for playing Furryous Deathmatch (“the game”). Adam Frieden, an individual in Massachusetts, USA, makes and runs the game. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Adam Frieden, and “you” means the person who plays. When you play the game, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not play.
Our Privacy Policy explains what information the game collects and how we use it.
Who can play
- Anyone can play the game without an account.
- If you are under 13, you can play, but please do not give us your email address or sign in with Google.
- If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to read these terms with you.
Your account
- The game creates an account for you automatically. If you clear your browser data before you save your clan with email or Google, that account and its clan are lost.
- If you save your clan, keep your email account and your Google account secure. A sign-in link gives access to your clan, so do not share it.
- Please tell us if you think that someone else has used your account.
Play fair
When you play, do not:
- cheat, or use a bug to get an advantage (please report bugs to us instead);
- use bots, scripts or other automated tools to play the game or to send requests to our server;
- try to get into accounts, systems or data that are not yours;
- try to slow down, overload or break the game or our server;
- use the game to break the law or to harm other people.
Game items
- The game is free. There are no purchases at this time. If we add purchases, we will update these terms first.
- Cats, toys, beans and other game items have no value outside the game. You cannot sell them or exchange them for money. We give you permission to use them in the game. You do not own them.
- The game is in active development. We can change, rebalance or remove game content. We try to keep your progress, but we cannot promise that progress will never be lost or reset.
Who owns the game
We own the game, including its art, names, text and code. You may share screenshots and videos of the game for non-commercial purposes. You may not copy or sell the game or its content without our written permission.
Ending your use of the game
- You can stop playing at any time. You can ask us to delete your account at [email protected].
- We can suspend or delete an account that breaks these terms.
- We can change the game, or stop running it. If we stop running it, we will try to tell players first.
No warranty
We provide the game “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that the game will always work, that it will have no bugs, or that your progress will never be lost. To the extent that the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
Limit of liability
To the extent that the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data or lost game progress. Our total liability to you for any claim about the game is limited to the greater of the amount that you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or 50 US dollars. Some places do not allow these limits, so they might not apply to you.
Law and disputes
The laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA, govern these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the game or these terms goes to the state or federal courts in Massachusetts. If you live in a country whose consumer laws give you more rights, these terms do not take those rights away.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will change the date at the top of this page. If a change is important, we will also tell you in the game. If you continue to play after a change, you agree to the new terms.
